Session lengths can be adjusted where helpful, and any changes are always discussed collaboratively.

It’s ideal if you have a busy schedule, travel regularly and need consistency over time or just prefer privacy of your own home.

Online counselling sessions work well for:

    • Anxiety, stress, and burnout

    • Identity, confidence, and direction

    • Relationships and communication

    • Values, meaning, decision-making and direction finding.

Walking Therapy

Therapy doesn’t have to happen in a room.
For some, movement and time in nature can help regulate the nervous system, reduce intensity, and make conversations feel more natural.
Walk-and-talk counselling takes place outdoors, side-by-side, while walking at a comfortable pace, adapted to your needs on the day.
This option suits people who think more clearly while moving, feel uncomfortable with the clinical feeling of face-to-face therapy, or just want a calmer, lower pressure setting.

  • Individual session (90 minutes): $165

    Walk-and-talk sessions work well for:

    • Stress and overwhelm

    • Values and life direction

    • Confidence and identity work

    • Problem-solving and perspective

Couples Counselling

A supported space to slow things down, improve communication, and understand the patterns shaping your relationship.
Couples counselling offers a chance to step out of reactive cycles and explore what’s happening between you with care, curiosity, and respect. Sessions are collaborative and paced to help both partners feel heard, understood, and supported.
This work isn’t about blame or taking sides — it’s about strengthening connection, clarifying needs, and developing more workable ways of relating.

  • Session (50 minutes): $150

Couples counselling sessions work well for:

    • Communication difficulties or recurring conflict

    • Feeling disconnected, stuck, or misunderstood

    • Navigating life transitions or stressors

    • Rebuilding trust and strengthening emotional connection
